Wait for event
The three nodes of the Wait for event category, Delay, Connector event, and HTTP Webhook, with a link to the page of each one.
The Wait for event category of the Add node panel holds the nodes that pause a run until something happens. The run continues once the time has passed or the event has arrived.
- Delay: pauses the run for a set time, or until a date and time.
- Connector event: pauses the run until an event happens in a connected app.
- HTTP Webhook: pauses the run until a call arrives at a web address.
Next steps
- Limits and fair use: a run must finish within 24 hours, waits included.
- Node reference: all the categories of the Add node panel.
- Community: ask questions and share workflows with other builders on the UiPath Forum.
