Keap
Look up the Keap connector: its actions and events in alphabetical order, and the sign-in methods of a Keap connection.
The Keap connector lets a workflow manage contacts, companies, and orders. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under Keap. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.
This page lists what the connector can do in Maestro Automate. Select an action or event to see how to configure it.
Actions
Each action is a node that does one thing in Keap.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create Contact | Create a new contact in Keap. |
| Delete Record | Deletes a record in Keap. |
| Get Record | Retrieves a record in Keap. |
| Insert Record | Insert a new record in Keap. |
| List All Records | List all records in Keap. |
| Search Companies by Name | Retrieve company details by name in Keap. |
| Search Contacts | Retrieve contact details from Keap. |
| Search Orders | Retrieve and process orders from Keap. |
| Update Contact | Update an existing contact in Keap. |
| Update Record | Updates a record in Keap. |
Events
Each event can start a workflow, as a Connector trigger, or pause a run until it happens, as a Connector event. In the connector's list, events have the WAIT tag.
| Event | What it does |
|---|---|
| Contact Created | Trigger when a new contact is created in Keap. |
| Contact Updated | Trigger when an existing contact is updated in Keap. |
| Order Created | Trigger automation when a new order is created in Keap. |
| Record Created | Triggers when a new record is created. |
| Record Updated | Triggers when an existing record is updated. |
Connection
A Keap node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, you sign in with this method:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| OAuth 2.0 | Client ID; Client secret; Scope (by default, set to full). |
Keap authentication in the Integration Service guide describes the full connection setup, including prerequisites and advanced settings.
