Zoho Mail
Look up the Zoho Mail connector: its actions and events in alphabetical order, and the sign-in methods of a Zoho Mail connection.
The Zoho Mail connector lets a workflow send, draft, and search email, and create tasks. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under Zoho Mail. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.
This page lists what the connector can do in Maestro Automate. Select an action or event to see how to configure it.
Actions
Each action is a node that does one thing in Zoho Mail.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create Group Task | Create a new task within a specified group in Zoho Mail. |
| Create Personal Task | Create a new personal task in Zoho Mail. |
| Delete Record | Deletes a record in Zoho Mail. |
| Draft Email | Create an email as a draft or template in Zoho Mail. |
| Get Record | Retrieves a record in Zoho Mail. |
| Insert Record | Insert a new record in Zoho Mail. |
| List Records | List records in Zoho Mail. |
| Replace Record | Replace a record in Zoho Mail. |
| Search Emails | Search for emails using specified criteria in Zoho Mail. |
| Send Email | Send emails with optional attachments using Zoho Mail. |
Events
Each event can start a workflow, as a Connector trigger, or pause a run until it happens, as a Connector event. In the connector's list, events have the WAIT tag.
| Event | What it does |
|---|---|
| Email Received | Trigger an event when an email is received in Zoho Mail. |
| Record Created | Triggers when you add a new record. |
Connection
A Zoho Mail node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, choose one of these sign-in methods:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| OAuth 2.0 Authorization code | Environment, Scope, ZohoMail email address and password. |
| Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app | Client ID, Client secret, Environment, Scope. |
Zoho Mail authentication in the Integration Service guide describes the full connection setup, including prerequisites and advanced settings.
