SAP Concur
Look up the SAP Concur connector: its actions and events in alphabetical order, and the sign-in methods of an SAP Concur connection.
The SAP Concur connector lets a workflow add expenses and upload receipt images. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under SAP Concur. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.
This page lists what the connector can do in Maestro Automate. Select an action or event to see how to configure it.
Actions
Each action is a node that does one thing in SAP Concur.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Add Quick Expense ** | Add a quick expense in SAP Concur for later linking to a report. |
| Add Quick Expense with Receipt | Add a quick expense with a receipt file in SAP Concur. |
| Delete Record | Deletes a record in SAP Concur. |
| Get Record | Retrieves a record in SAP Concur. |
| Insert Record | Insert a new record in SAP Concur. |
| List All Records | List all records in SAP Concur. |
| Replace Record | Replace a record in SAP Concur. |
| Upload Receipt Image | Upload receipt files to SAP Concur, supporting formats like PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG. |
Events
Each event can start a workflow, as a Connector trigger, or pause a run until it happens, as a Connector event. In the connector's list, events have the WAIT tag.
| Event | What it does |
|---|---|
| Report Created | Trigger when a new report is created in SAP Concur. |
| Report Updated | Trigger when an existing record is updated in SAP Concur. |
Connection
An SAP Concur node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, you sign in with this method:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| OAuth 2.0 | Client ID; Client Secret; Scope; The openid scope is required to be able create a connection successfully; Connections can't be created if one or more scopes requested during authentication are not among the allowed scopes for the OAuth client. |
SAP Concur authentication in the Integration Service guide describes the full connection setup, including prerequisites and advanced settings.
