Sugar Enterprise
Look up the Sugar Enterprise connector: its actions and events in alphabetical order, and the sign-in methods of a Sugar Enterprise connection.
The Sugar Enterprise connector lets a workflow manage accounts and contacts in on-premises Sugar Enterprise. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under Sugar Enterprise. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.
This page lists what the connector can do in Maestro Automate. Select an action or event to see how to configure it.
Actions
Each action is a node that does one thing in Sugar Enterprise.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create Account | Create a new account in SugarCRM. |

| Delete Record | Deletes a record in Sugar Enterprise. |
| Get Account Details | Retrieve account information from SugarCRM. |

Events
Each event can start a workflow, as a Connector trigger, or pause a run until it happens, as a Connector event. In the connector's list, events have the WAIT tag.
| Event | What it does |
|---|---|
| Account Created | Trigger when a new account is added in Sugar Enterprise. |
| Account Updated | Trigger for when an existing account is updated in Sugar Enterprise. |
| Contact Created | Trigger when a new contact is added in Sugar Enterprise. |
| Contact Updated | Trigger when an existing contact is updated in Sugar Enterprise. |
| Record Created | Triggers when you add a new record. |
| Record Updated | Triggers when an existing record was updated. |
Connection
A Sugar Enterprise node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, you sign in with this method:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| Username and Password | Your Sugar Enterprise Site URL (for example, https://site_url.sugarcrm.com); The username for your Sugar account; The password for your Sugar account. |
Sugar Enterprise authentication in the Integration Service guide describes the full connection setup, including prerequisites and advanced settings.
