Zoho Desk
Look up the Zoho Desk connector: its actions and events in alphabetical order, and the sign-in methods of a Zoho Desk connection.
The Zoho Desk connector lets a workflow create, update, and search tickets, and search contacts and accounts. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under Zoho Desk. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.
This page lists what the connector can do in Maestro Automate. Select an action or event to see how to configure it.
Actions
Each action is a node that does one thing in Zoho Desk.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add Ticket Attachment | Attach a file to a ticket in Zoho Desk. |
| Create Ticket | Create a new ticket in Zoho Desk. |
| Delete Record | Deletes a record in Zoho Desk. |
| Get Record | Retrieves a record in Zoho Desk. |
| Insert Record | Insert a new record in Zoho Desk. |
| List Records | List records in Zoho Desk. |
| Search Accounts | Search for accounts by account name in Zoho Desk. |
| Search Agents | Search agents by email. |

Events
Each event can start a workflow, as a Connector trigger, or pause a run until it happens, as a Connector event. In the connector's list, events have the WAIT tag.
| Event | What it does |
|---|---|
| Record Created | Triggers when a new record is created. |
| Record Updated | Triggers when an existing record is updated. |
| Ticket Closed | Trigger an action when a ticket is closed in Zoho Desk. |
| Ticket Created | Trigger actions when a ticket is created in Zoho Desk. |
| Ticket Updated | Trigger actions when a ticket is updated in Zoho Desk. |
Connection
A Zoho Desk node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, choose one of these sign-in methods:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| OAuth 2.0 Authorization code | Environment and Scope. |
| Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app | Client ID, Client secret, Environment, Scope. |
Zoho Desk authentication in the Integration Service guide describes the full connection setup, including prerequisites and advanced settings.
