Calendly
Look up the Calendly connector: its actions in alphabetical order, and the sign-in methods of a Calendly connection.
The Calendly connector lets a workflow list event types and events, get invitees, and create scheduling links. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under Calendly. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.
This page lists what the connector can do in Maestro Automate. Select an action to see how to configure it.
Actions
Each action is a node that does one thing in Calendly.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create Single Use Scheduling Link | Generate a single-use scheduling link in Calendly. |
| Get Event Details | Retrieve details of a specified event in Calendly. |
| Get Invitees | Retrieve information about a specified invitee in Calendly events. |
| Get Record | Retrieves a record in Calendly. |
| Insert Record | Insert a new record in Calendly. |
| List All Records | List all records in Calendly. |
| List Event Type Available Times | Retrieve available times for a Calendly event type within a specified date range up to 7 days. |
| List Event Types | Retrieve all event types for a specified user or organization in Calendly. |
| List Events | Retrieve a list of scheduled meetings from Calendly. |
| List Invitees | Retrieve a list of invitees for a Calendly event. |
Connection
A Calendly node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, choose one of these sign-in methods:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app | Client ID, Client Secret. |
| OAuth 2.0 Authorization code | Your Calendly email and password. |
Calendly authentication in the Integration Service guide describes the full connection setup, including prerequisites and advanced settings.
