Greenhouse
Look up the Greenhouse connector: its actions and events in alphabetical order, and the sign-in methods of a Greenhouse connection.
The Greenhouse connector lets a workflow manage candidates, and advance or reject applications. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under Greenhouse. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.
This page lists what the connector can do in Maestro Automate. Select an action or event to see how to configure it.
Actions
Each action is a node that does one thing in Greenhouse.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Advance Application | Move an application to the next stage in the Greenhouse recruitment process. |
| Create Candidate | Create a new candidate record in the Greenhouse recruitment system. |
| Delete Record | Deletes a record in Greenhouse. |
| Get Candidate | Retrieve candidate details from the Greenhouse system. |
| Get Record | Retrieves a record in Greenhouse. |
| Insert Record | Insert a new record in Greenhouse. |
| List Records | List records in Greenhouse. |
| Reject Application | Reject active applications in Greenhouse. |
| Update Candidate | Update candidate information in the Greenhouse recruitment system. |
| Update Record | Updates a record in Greenhouse. |
Events
Each event can start a workflow, as a Connector trigger, or pause a run until it happens, as a Connector event. In the connector's list, events have the WAIT tag.
| Event | What it does |
|---|---|
| Application Created | Trigger an event when an application is created in Greenhouse. |
| Application Updated | Trigger an event when an application is updated in Greenhouse. |
| Job Created | Trigger an event when a job is created in Greenhouse. |
| Job Updated | Trigger an event when a job is updated in Greenhouse. |
| Record Created | Triggers when you add a new record. |
| Record Updated | Triggers when an existing record was updated. |
Connection
A Greenhouse node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, you sign in with this method:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| API Key | Email, API Key. |
Greenhouse authentication in the Integration Service guide describes the full connection setup, including prerequisites and advanced settings.
