Shopify
Look up the Shopify connector: its actions and events in alphabetical order, and the sign-in methods of a Shopify connection.
The Shopify connector lets a workflow manage products, inventory, and orders in a Shopify store. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under Shopify. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.
This page lists what the connector can do in Maestro Automate. Select an action or event to see how to configure it.
Actions
Each action is a node that does one thing in Shopify.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add Product Image | Add an image to an existing product in Shopify. |
| Create Product | Create a product with options and a default variant in Shopify. |
| Create Variant | Add a new variant to an existing product in Shopify. |
| Delete Product Image | Delete an image from an existing product in Shopify. |
| Delete Record | Deletes a record in Shopify. |
| Get Record | Retrieves a record in Shopify. |
| Insert Record | Insert a new record in Shopify. |
| List All Records | List all records in Shopify. |
| Replace Record | Replace a record in Shopify. |
| Search Customers | Retrieve customer details from Shopify using email or phone. |
| Search Orders | Retrieve Shopify orders based on various status criteria. |
| Search Products | Search for products in Shopify using criteria like title, handle, and status. |
| Set Inventory Level | Update the inventory level for a specific item at a designated location in Shopify. |

| Update Record | Updates a record in Shopify. |
| Update Variant | Update an existing product variant in Shopify. |
Events
Each event can start a workflow, as a Connector trigger, or pause a run until it happens, as a Connector event. In the connector's list, events have the WAIT tag.
| Event | What it does |
|---|---|
| Authorized and Unfulfilled Order Received | Trigger for new authorized and unfulfilled orders in Shopify. |
| Customer Created | Trigger when a new customer is created in Shopify. |
| Customer Updated | Trigger when an existing customer is updated in Shopify. |
| Order Cancelled | Trigger actions when an order is cancelled in Shopify. |
| Record Created | Triggers when you add a new record. |
| Record Updated | Triggers when an existing record was updated. |
Connection
A Shopify node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, you sign in with this method:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| Access Token | Access token; Store name. |
Shopify authentication in the Integration Service guide describes the full connection setup, including prerequisites and advanced settings.
