Workable
Look up the Workable connector: its actions and events in alphabetical order, and the sign-in methods of a Workable connection.
The Workable connector lets a workflow search jobs and candidates, and create, evaluate, or disqualify candidates. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under Workable. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.
This page lists what the connector can do in Maestro Automate. Select an action or event to see how to configure it.
Actions
Each action is a node that does one thing in Workable.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create Candidate | Create a new candidate for a job in Workable. |
| Disqualify Candidate | Disqualify a candidate with a specified reason in Workable. |
| Evaluate Candidate | Rate candidates by providing a score and comment in Workable. |
| Get Record | Retrieves a record in Workable. |
| Insert Record | Insert a new record in Workable. |
| List All Records | List all records in Workable. |
| Search Candidates | Search for candidates using email, job shortcode, and stage in Workable. |
| Search Jobs | Search for all jobs in Workable. |
| Update Candidate | Update details of an existing candidate in Workable. |
| Update Record | Updates a record in Workable. |
Events
Each event can start a workflow, as a Connector trigger, or pause a run until it happens, as a Connector event. In the connector's list, events have the WAIT tag.
| Event | What it does |
|---|---|
| Candidate Applied | Trigger when a candidate applies to a job in Workable. |
| Candidate Hired | Trigger an action when a candidate is hired in Workable. |
| Candidate Updated | Trigger when a candidate is updated in Workable. |
| Published Job Created or Updated | Trigger for when a job is published or updated in Workable. |
| Record Created | Triggers when a new record is created. |
| Record Updated | Triggers when an existing record is updated. |
Connection
A Workable node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, you sign in with this method:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| Access Token | API token; Subdomain. |
Workable authentication in the Integration Service guide describes the full connection setup, including prerequisites and advanced settings.
