Zoom
Look up the Zoom connector: its actions and events in alphabetical order, and the sign-in methods of a Zoom connection.
The Zoom connector lets a workflow schedule meetings, invite registrants, and get recordings. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under Zoom. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.
This page lists what the connector can do in Maestro Automate. Select an action or event to see how to configure it.
Actions
Each action is a node that does one thing in Zoom.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create Meeting Invitation Link | Generate a shareable meeting invitation link in Zoom. |
| Delete Record | Deletes a record in Zoom. |
| Get Meeting Recording | Retrieve download URL and chat transcript of completed Zoom meetings saved in the cloud. |
| Get Record | Retrieves a record in Zoom. |
| Insert Record | Insert a new record in Zoom. |
| Invite Meeting Registrant | Invite a new registrant to a Zoom meeting. |
| List All Records | List all records in Zoom. |
| Schedule One-Time Meeting | Create a one-time meeting for a user in Zoom. |
| Schedule Recurring Daily Meeting | Create a recurring daily meeting for a user in Zoom. |
| Schedule Recurring Monthly Meeting | Create a recurring monthly meeting in Zoom for a user. |
| Schedule Recurring Weekly Meeting | Create recurring weekly meetings for users in Zoom. |
| Update Record | Updates a record in Zoom. |
Events
Each event can start a workflow, as a Connector trigger, or pause a run until it happens, as a Connector event. In the connector's list, events have the WAIT tag.
| Event | What it does |
|---|---|
| Meeting Recording Published | Trigger when a new Zoom meeting recording is published. |
Connection
A Zoom node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, choose one of these sign-in methods:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| OAuth 2.0 Authorization code | The email address and password associated with your account. |
| Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app | Client ID and client secret. |
Zoom authentication in the Integration Service guide describes the full connection setup, including prerequisites and advanced settings.
