Function
Call a coded function, deterministic logic written in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, as a step in a workflow.
Note:
Function is in Preview.
Function calls a coded function: a unit of logic that a developer writes in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript and deploys to UiPath. Use it for rules, calculations, or data handling that's easier to write as code than as nodes.
Add a function
- Select Add node > Function.
- Pick the function:
- In this solution lists functions in the same solution as the workflow.
- Published lists functions deployed in your organization.
About Functions describes how to build and deploy functions.
Next steps
- Script: write a short piece of JavaScript directly in the workflow.
- API Workflow: call an API workflow instead.
- Community: ask questions and share workflows with other builders on the UiPath Forum.
