SendGrid
Look up the SendGrid connector: its actions in alphabetical order, and the sign-in methods of a SendGrid connection.
The SendGrid connector lets a workflow send email, and manage marketing lists and contacts. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under SendGrid. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.
This page lists what the connector can do in Maestro Automate. Select an action to see how to configure it.
Actions
Each action is a node that does one thing in SendGrid.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add or Update Contact | Add or update a large number of contacts in SendGrid. |
| Create Marketing List | Create an empty marketing list in SendGrid for adding contacts later. |
| Create New Batch ID | Generate a new batch ID in SendGrid. |
| Get Contact Details by Email | Retrieve all field details for a specified contact in SendGrid. |
| Get Marketing List Details | Retrieve details of a specific marketing list in SendGrid. |
| List All Marketing Lists | Retrieve an array of all contact lists in SendGrid. |
| Send Email | Send an email with basic details using SendGrid. |
Connection
A SendGrid node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, you sign in with this method:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| API Key | API Key. |
SendGrid authentication in the Integration Service guide describes the full connection setup, including prerequisites and advanced settings.
