WooCommerce
Look up the WooCommerce connector: its actions and events in alphabetical order, and the sign-in methods of a WooCommerce connection.
The WooCommerce connector lets a workflow manage products, orders, and customers in a WordPress store. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under WooCommerce. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.
This page lists what the connector can do in Maestro Automate. Select an action or event to see how to configure it.
Actions
Each action is a node that does one thing in WooCommerce.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create Product | Create a product in WooCommerce, including details like price and stock quantity. |
| Get Product Reviews | Retrieve all product reviews for a specific product in WooCommerce. |
| Get Record | Retrieves a record in WooCommerce. |
| Get Sales Report | Retrieve sales reports for a specified period from WooCommerce. |
| Get Top Sellers Report | Retrieve the top sellers report from WooCommerce for a specified period. |
| Insert Record | Insert a new record in WooCommerce. |
| List All Records | List all records in WooCommerce. |
| Search Customers | Search for customers using filters like name or email in WooCommerce. |
| Search Orders | Search for orders using filters like name, customer, or product in WooCommerce. |
| Search Products | Search for products using filters like name or customer in WooCommerce. |
| Update Product | Update product details such as price and stock quantity in WooCommerce. |
| Update Record | Updates a record in WooCommerce. |
Events
Each event can start a workflow, as a Connector trigger, or pause a run until it happens, as a Connector event. In the connector's list, events have the WAIT tag.
| Event | What it does |
|---|---|
| Order Created | Trigger actions when an order is created in WooCommerce. |
| Product Created | Trigger automation when a product is created in WooCommerce. |
| Product Updated | Trigger actions when a product is updated in WooCommerce. |
Connection
A WooCommerce node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, you sign in with this method:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| Credentials | Domain; Consumer key; Consumer secret. |
WooCommerce authentication in the Integration Service guide describes the full connection setup, including prerequisites and advanced settings.
