ActiveCampaign
Look up the ActiveCampaign connector: its actions and events in alphabetical order, and the sign-in methods of an ActiveCampaign connection.
The ActiveCampaign connector lets a workflow manage contacts, accounts, and deals, and add contacts to lists and automations. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under ActiveCampaign. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.
This page lists what the connector can do in Maestro Automate. Select an action or event to see how to configure it.
Actions
Each action is a node that does one thing in ActiveCampaign.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add Contact to Account | Associate a contact with an existing account in ActiveCampaign. |
| Add Contact to Automation | Add a contact to an automation in ActiveCampaign to facilitate communication. |
| Add Tag to Contact | Add a tag to a contact in ActiveCampaign. |
| Add or Remove Contact from List | Subscribe or unsubscribe a contact from a list in ActiveCampaign. |
| Create Account | Create a new account in ActiveCampaign. |

Events
Each event can start a workflow, as a Connector trigger, or pause a run until it happens, as a Connector event. In the connector's list, events have the WAIT tag.
| Event | What it does |
|---|---|
| Contact Created | Trigger when a new contact is created in ActiveCampaign. |
| Contact Updated | Trigger when a contact is updated in ActiveCampaign. |
| Deal Created | Trigger when a new deal is created in ActiveCampaign. |
| Deal Updated | Trigger when a deal is updated in ActiveCampaign. |
| Record Created | Triggers when you add a new record. |
| Record Updated | Triggers when an existing record was updated. |
Connection
An ActiveCampaign node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, you sign in with this method:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| API Key | Domain, API Key. |
ActiveCampaign authentication in the Integration Service guide describes the full connection setup, including prerequisites and advanced settings.
