Look up the Facebook connector: its actions in alphabetical order, and the sign-in methods of a Facebook connection.
The Facebook connector lets a workflow post to pages, and get page insights and reviews. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under Facebook. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.
This page lists what the connector can do in Maestro Automate. Select an action to see how to configure it.
Actions
Each action is a node that does one thing in Facebook.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create Page Photo | Create a photo post on a Facebook page. |
| Create Page Post | Create a text or feed page post on Facebook. |
| Create Page Video | Create a video post on a Facebook page. |
| Get Page Insights | Retrieve insights and analytics for a Facebook page. |
| Get Page Post Insights | Retrieve insights for Facebook page posts. |
| Get Page Reviews | Retrieve reviews from a Facebook page. |
| Get Record | Retrieves a record in Facebook. |
| Insert Record | Insert a new record in Facebook. |
| List All Records | List all records in Facebook. |
Connection
A Facebook node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, you sign in with this method:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| OAuth 2.0 | Client ID; Client secret; Scope. |
Facebook authentication in the Integration Service guide describes the full connection setup, including prerequisites and advanced settings.
