Reference for plugins in Delegate and Cartographer — repository sources, available plugins, and how plugins relate to skills, MCP servers, credentials, and work profiles.
A plugin is a bundle that adds skills, MCP servers, and other capabilities in one step, rather than you installing each piece individually. Plugins are managed from Add-ons & Integrations → Plugins. For how to add and manage one, see Extending functionality with plugins.
Repository sources
Plugins can come from more than one source. Switch between them with the source selector:

| A repository you add | For example, a GitHub-hosted skills repository | Yes — use Add repository |
| A shared feed | A feed shared across several organizations, configured outside Orchestrator | No — set up separately by UiPath at deploy time. Not available by default, and not present in production today. |
Available plugins

How plugins relate to other concepts
| Concept | Relationship to plugins |
|---|---|
| Skills | One of the things a plugin can bundle. |
| MCP servers | A plugin can bring these along in the same bundle, alongside skills — not every plugin is skills-only. |
| Credential definitions | Creating a plugin lets you attach optional credential definitions in the same bundle. |
| Work profiles | An enabled work profile can bring its associated plugin along automatically. |
