Test Manager user guide
To receive suggestions and debugging information on how to fix issues that may arise during test execution, turn on the Enable Healing Agent toggle.
Note:
Feature availability depends on the cloud platform you use. For details, refer to the Test Manager feature availability page.
Important:
This capability is available in Test Manager, only when delivered through Test Cloud.
Prerequisites
- To have Test Heals allocated to your account, you require the App Test Healing Agent add-on (a separate license type). Consult the Test Cloud licensing documentation, for additional information.
- To enable Healing Agent for Test Manager test sets, make sure you have the following Test Manager permission: TestSet.Edit.
- To enable Healing Agent for Test Manager execution, make sure you have the following Test Manager permission: TestExecution.Edit.
- To use Healing Agent for Test Manager execution, make sure you have the following dependencies installed: UI Automation package 25.10.23 or later, and Robot 2024.10.x (Enterprise) or later.
Steps
- Enable Healing Agent for test sets.
- Go to the Test Sets section of your Test Manager project.
- Open a test set for which you want to enable the Healing Agent capabilities.
- In the Configuration tab, select Enable Healing Agent.
- Optionally, select Enable Healing Agent self-healing to allow Healing Agent to independently fix job execution issues.
- Enable Healing Agent for execution.
- Go to the Execution section of your Test Manager project.
- Open an execution for which you want to enable the Healing Agent capabilities.
- In the Settings tab, select Enable Healing Agent.
- Optionally, select Enable Healing Agent self-healing to allow Healing Agent to independently fix job execution issues.
