November 2026 release notes for UiPath CLI.

November 3, 2026​

UiPath CLI 1.204.0​

Correction: This version was originally released on October 19, 2026.

Changed​
  • uip agent memory item works on the runtime memory store — item add takes --memory-type episodic --feedback-id <id>, or --memory-type escalation --trace-id <id> --span-id <id> with an optional --answer <text>, instead of <key> <value>, and has no --description. item list returns the items stored in the deployed memory space. Pipelines that call item add <name> <key> <value> need updating.
  • uip solution deploy upgrade and deploy run report the pipeline's result — the upgrade output no longer has VersionChangeKey. It adds PipelineDeploymentId, DeploymentKey, InstallDeploymentKey, and Operation, and Status is DeploymentSucceeded, or Accepted with --no-wait. A deploy run with --feed or --personal-workspace reports DeploymentSucceeded instead of DeploymentStarted, ActivationStatus is SuccessfulActivate instead of Auto, and the output has no NextSteps. Pipelines that read these fields need updating.
  • uip gov aops-policy list and deployed-policy get|list keep policy data keys exactly as the service sends them — for example, Data.Data.FeedbackEnabled is now Data.Data.feedback-enabled. Pipelines that read policy data need updating.
  • uip agenthub mcp template and --print-schema print the API's camelCase keys under Data, so you can send a template back with --file unchanged. Pipelines that read the PascalCase keys need updating.
  • uip tm perf-scenario and uip tm testcases report the real failure class — a 401 or 403 now returns AuthenticationError instead of Failure, and failures carry ErrorCode and Retry. Pipelines that switch on Result need updating.
  • Deployments are validated before anything installs — when validation fails, deploy upgrade and deploy run with --feed or --personal-workspace report the errors for each resource and leave the deployment on its current version. Every deploy run waits for the install to finish, bounded by --timeout. When a deployment is installed but not yet active, deploy run, deploy upgrade, and deploy status report ActivationStatus, PendingResources, and NextSteps. Feed-scoped deploys require a user login; an external application login is refused.
  • uip solution pack and uip maestro flow pack refuse a Flow project that has errors the designer would show, and report one finding per node.
  • --retention-bucket on uip or processes create and update takes the storage bucket key (GUID) listed by uip or buckets list.
  • uip or processes resources shows how the release rebinds each resource in the IsOverwritten and Overwrite* fields.
  • .uipignore uses gitignore syntax — uip solution upload applies it, uip codedapp push now reads it too, and upload refuses a pattern that would drop a project the solution lists.
  • uip or triggers history fails with not_found when the key matches no trigger, instead of returning an empty list.
  • Each entry in uip ixp fields update-prompts --updates can name its field group, so a field name that repeats across groups is updated only in that group.
  • uip solution pack uses the tenant's governance policy and ignores a local --governance-file-path with a warning when the signed-in tenant publishes its own policy, and the pack continues, instead of refusing the local file.
  • The signed-in tenant's Automation Ops policy wins over a local policy file on uip rpa analyze, build, and pack — a supplied --governance-file-path is ignored with a warning when the tenant publishes a policy, and applies only when it publishes none. Pipelines that rely on a local policy file on a governed tenant need updating.
  • uip rpa run and debug start --remote fail when no remote target is configured, instead of running locally. Without --remote, a run from the Studio integrated terminal follows Studio's Remote Session toggle.
  • uip rpa remote configure --folder-path on its own reuses the connection stored for that folder, so --machine is required only otherwise. From the Studio integrated terminal, remote configure, start, and stop act on both Studio and the headless backend, and remote status shows both connections.
  • uip rpa run and debug start validate and build only the target file's invoke graph.
  • uip rpa init and templates search read Studio templates from pkgs.uipath.com — allow that host through firewalls that restrict outbound traffic.

  • uip rules — create and work with Business Rules (DMN) projects with init, refresh, validate, and debug. list, get, versions, and describe read deployed rules and are labeled preview in help.
  • uip insights dashboards and uip insights dashboard-filters list — get, create, update, delete, and copy the Insights dashboards of Maestro processes, and read their global filters.
  • uip insights queues and uip insights machines — query queue monitoring (summary, SLA, operational metrics, timelines, failure analysis, details, retry outcomes) and machine monitoring (runtime mix, details, availability timeline, top failures, utilization).
  • uip insights export-configurations — list the organization's export configurations, and verify their Azure Event Hub and AWS SQS destinations.
  • uip or process-roi and uip or queue-roi — get, create, update, and delete the Business ROI configuration of a process or queue.
  • --retention-bucket and --stale-retention-bucket on uip or queues create and update, and --stale-retention-bucket on uip or processes create and update — archive completed and stale items to a storage bucket.
  • uip solution deploy delete — remove a deployment that deploy uninstall refuses, such as one left inactive, superseded, or left behind by a failed install.
  • --name with --package-name, and --discard-draft, on uip solution deploy upgrade — address a deployment by name, discard a pending draft first, and move to any published version, including an older one.
  • uip solution deploy status by deployment name or key, with --feed and --personal-workspace to choose where a name is looked up.
  • --ignored-rules on uip solution pack — ignore findings for the listed analyzer rule IDs in every RPA project.
  • --limit and --next-page on uip solution resources list — page through the resource catalog.
  • uip admin audit org exclusions — list, get, create, update, and delete the rules that stop matching audit events from being recorded.
  • uip agenthub platform-services list and platform-tools list — find the Platform MCP services a tenant offers and the tools each one exposes.
  • New uip agenthub mcp options — --use-all-tools on platform servers, --header and --use-relay on create swagger, --connection-id on create remote, and --connection-id, --clear-connection, --no-use-relay, and --no-use-all-tools on update.
  • uip tm project settings get and update — read and change a project's time zone and test execution name format.
  • --entry-point-id on uip tm testcases link-automation — link by entry-point ID when a test name is too long to match.
  • --download on uip gov aops-policy list|get and deployed-policy get|list — save policies as JSON files, or as a zip for list commands.
  • uip function setup — verify the toolchains Functions needs: Node.js for JS/TS, and Python with the uipath package for Python. --force re-verifies even when an earlier result is cached.
  • --attachment <field=path> on uip agent debug — upload a local file into a job-attachment input.
  • Maestro authoring commands — compile, check, decompile, and merge on uip maestro flow, case, and bpmn, plus uip maestro bpmn tidy and uip maestro registry (pull, search, path, prepare). They require @uipath/maestro-builder-sdk 6.11.1 or later, installed in the project or globally.
  • --trigger-kind on uip maestro case spec — with --type trigger, choose start for a case start trigger or wait-for (the default) for a wait-for-connector task or condition rule.
  • --sdk-source on uip maestro flow init — write the builder-SDK source of a new flow in the same call.
  • uip maestro case sdd and uip maestro case splice — parse, resolve, and convert a Solution Design Document into a case plan, and write a connector task's shape from a case spec result.
  • --type function and --type business-rule on uip maestro case tasks enrich and describe.
  • uip is activities metadata generate and uip is activities script update, with --metadata and --scripts on uip maestro flow node add — build non-catalog connector activity nodes.
  • uip or kb — manage knowledge bundles and their change proposals. Registers only on prerelease CLI builds.
  • uip rpa settings get and uip rpa settings set — read the effective Studio settings with governance applied (value, whether it is binding, source, and policy), and override a setting for the open project session. set is refused when a policy binds the setting.
  • --ignored-rules on uip rpa analyze, build, and pack — ignore findings of the listed rule IDs, comma-separated or repeated. The rules still run, but their findings don't fail the command.
  • --governance-product on uip rpa analyze, build, and pack — choose which product's Automation Ops policy is resolved (default Development). --policy-file and --policy-file-type work on build and pack too, and as uip rpa parent options they apply a policy to any command when the tenant publishes none.
Deprecated​
  • --wait on uip solution deploy run — has no effect, because every deploy waits.
  • --continue-on-error and --fail-fast on uip agenthub mcp-tools create-resource and create-raw — have no effect.
  • .uipathignore for uip codedapp push — use .uipignore.
Removed​
  • uip or jobs traces — use uip traces spans get --job-key <job-key>. The old command returns an error that points there.
  • uip agent memory item remove — remove memory items in the Agents portal.
Fixed​
  • uip or queues list --name no longer fails with HTTP 400.
  • uip solution deploy list --folder-path and --folder-key filter on the server, so the totals count only matching deployments.
  • uip function run --output json returns a JSON result with the full run output.
  • uip or packages upload accepts a process package that contains a nested library project.
  • uip maestro flow validate, pack, and debug reject node IDs that start with preview and suggest a rename, instead of crashing.
  • uip api-workflow validate accepts multi-line expressions, and API Workflow packages include the evals/ folder.
  • uip agenthub mcp-tools enable, disable, and mcp update keep a Platform MCP server's tool selection.
  • uip tm testcases link-automation links Playwright tests by their specPath > title name.
  • uip agent refresh creates a missing project.uiproj.
  • uip rpa resolves the tenant when the CLI uses the Robot sign-in.
  • uip rpa commands fail fast on Windows with no Robot host instead of hanging.
  • uip rpa on macOS runs the arm64 backend under Rosetta and finds the Assistant Robot.
  • Live Authoring keeps its configuration and no longer leaves remote jobs running.

This release also includes other bug fixes across the CLI host and the bundled tools. None of them change a documented behavior.

codedapp-tool 1.203.1 and rpa-tool 1.203.2​

Correction: These versions were originally released on October 14, 2026.

Added​
  • uip codedapp validate --path-name <name> — check whether a coded app path name is free, and which deployed app holds it when it is taken. The command was missing from codedapp-tool 1.203.0.
Changed​
  • Coded app path names can be up to 64 characters. When a path name is already taken in the organization, uip codedapp deploy names it and points you to uip codedapp validate, which checks the same limit.
  • uip codedapp validate reports a missing Apps.Read scope on an external application's token, and accepts tokens with the broad Apps scope.
Fixed​
  • uip rpa build, run, and debug compile projects that use libraries built by Studio 2026.0.202 and older, which failed with CS0012 or BC30652 on System.Private.CoreLib in rpa-tool 1.203.0 and 1.203.1.

UiPath CLI 1.203.0​

Correction: This version was originally released on October 9, 2026.

Changed​
  • Evaluation commands moved from uip or eval to uip eval — execute-and-evaluate, run, schedule, evaluator, eval-set, and evaluation are now their own uip eval command group, and uip or eval returns an unknown-command error. Pipelines that call uip or eval need updating.
  • uip or packages upload refuses library packages — a .nupkg packed with --output-type Library fails before upload with ErrorCode: invalid_argument and points you to uip or libraries upload. Pass --force to upload it to the processes feed anyway. Pipelines that upload libraries with packages upload need updating.
  • uip tm testsets run selects one Playwright project with --playwright-project <name> — the multi-value --playwright-projects option no longer parses. Pipelines that pass --playwright-projects need updating.
  • uip is connectors list drops columns the list endpoint never returned — Vendor, Version, CatalogActive, and DapCompatible are no longer in list rows, and Active and Stage now carry real values. Use uip is connectors get for the full connector record. Scripts that read the dropped columns need updating.
  • uip gov aops-policy policy and template output keeps Form.io data keys verbatim — keys such as textField are no longer PascalCased, so policy get output round-trips into update --input. Scripts that read PascalCased keys under data need updating.
  • uip maestro case spec, tasks describe, tasks enrich, registry get-connector, and registry get-connection keep native key casing in the subtrees you copy into a case plan. Scripts that read PascalCased keys from these outputs need updating.
  • uip solution pack checks the tenant's governance policy before a local policy file — when you are signed in, --governance-file-path is refused (exit 1) if the tenant publishes its own policy. When the tenant cannot be checked, for example because the token expired, the pack continues and logs a warning that says why. --governance-file-path and --governance-product can now be combined.
  • uip solution pack fails when two member projects would publish under the same package ID, and a failed pack lists findings per project in Data.Projects.
  • uip or failures report a classified ErrorCode and Retry — a dropped connection now reports network_error / RetryLater instead of unknown_error / RetryWillNotFix. Result, Message, and Instructions are unchanged.
  • --output-filter warns when it returns nothing — the envelope gains a Warning that names the fields the filter asked for that the records don't have, and lists the ones they do. The filter now also applies to Data on failure envelopes. Result, Data, and the exit code are unchanged.
  • Maestro validation reports more defects — uip maestro flow validate, uip maestro bpmn validate, and uip maestro case validate report more errors and warnings. bpmn validate also checks release, action-app, and Integration Service connection bindings against the signed-in tenant and reports MISSING_BINDING. A plain case validate result reports the strict and SDD findings it hides in Data.Suppressed. Pipelines that gate on validation may see new failures.
  • uip maestro flow eval set add --entry-point accepts only the flow's trigger node IDs or agent node IDs — a BPMN path or a mid-flow node is rejected, and the error lists the valid trigger IDs. eval run start checks the target before the run starts, fails on a missing agent node or an entry point that matches no node, and recompiles and re-uploads a local flow unless you pass --project-id or --solution-id.
  • uip codedagent setup uses the active virtual environment — when VIRTUAL_ENV is set, setup uses that environment's Python and uipath package, and fails with install instructions if uipath isn't installed there. The result adds UipathPath and Source (venv or path).
  • uip eval execute-and-evaluate runs an eval set with only --eval-set-id, using the set's own items, evaluators, folder, and batch size. --workload-id, --items, and --evaluators are needed only for inline runs.
  • uip solution resources refresh writes what each project's tool contributes from its authored files onto the matching solution resources, and reports the count in ReconciledSpecs.
  • uip maestro bpmn format lays out diagrams with the Maestro canvas layout engine.
  • Human-readable help and interactive uip login show a copyright notice. JSON output is unchanged.
  • uip rpa remote start starts the remote session that remote runs, debugging, and commands use, and the first uip rpa uia --remote command starts the UI Automation design host. remote exec, upload-file, and download-file follow the configured connection mode.
  • uip rpa build validation errors start with the file and activity, for example [Main.xaml][NApplicationCard_1].
Added​
  • uip login profiles list and uip login profiles delete — list named login profiles with their organization, tenant, and status, and delete one profile or all of them (--all) with --yes. Listing never prints tokens.
  • --output markdown — render any command's result as GitHub-flavored Markdown, for agents and chat surfaces that read uip output.
  • uip eval simulatable-components list and --simulations on uip eval evaluation create and update — list the tools, escalations, and MCP tools of a deployed process that an evaluation can simulate, then attach simulations to an evaluation.
  • uip insights users get, uip insights roles list and get, and uip insights groups list and get — read Insights RBAC users, roles, and groups. Use --include-email (users, groups) or --include-resource (roles) to add the fields that are left out by default.
  • uip is resources run script — run a connector action script against a connection, either inline (--inline-script) or by published reference (--script-ref with --connector-key). The connection's credential is injected server-side, so the script never sees it.
  • uip or packages delete <key> --yes — delete a package version from the processes feed. uip or libraries upload now also takes the package path as a positional argument, and --file still works.
  • uip maestro case bindings sync and uip maestro case format — generate bindings_v2.json from a case plan, and rewrite a case plan with 2-space indentation so it is easier to edit.
  • uip maestro case merge — merge an edited case plan back into its original and keep the original IDs. Registers only on prerelease CLI builds.
  • --project-id on project-scoped uip tm commands — pass the project ID instead of --project-key to skip the key lookup. If you pass both, the ID wins.
  • uip tm testsets playwright-context — show whether a test set resolves to a single Playwright package, and which Playwright projects are available and selected.
  • --idea-flow <name> on uip ah automations schema get and create — target an idea flow by name, including flows without a source type such as Business Process. schema get also accepts --idea-flow-id on its own.
  • --source remote on uip solution resources edit — pull a resource's changed cloud definition into the solution. Without --force it reports what changed, writes nothing, and exits 1. --login-validity sets how close to expiry the token is refreshed. resources refresh now explains why it skipped a resource that is already in the solution.
  • --allow-large-files on uip codedapp push — push files between 2 MB and 10 MB without the interactive prompt. Without a terminal and without the flag, the push fails with a message that names the flag.
  • OpenCode slash commands from uip skills install --agent opencode — the install writes one command file per user-invocable skill to ~/.config/opencode/commands/, or to .opencode/commands/ with --local.
  • UIP_TIMINGS_FILE — append the UIP_TIMINGS report to a file instead of stderr.
  • UIPATH_CLI_TOOLS_DIRS — for apps that embed the CLI, name the node_modules/@uipath directories that hold its tools.
  • Business Rules projects pack as .uirule — a project saved in Studio Web, which writes entry-points.json, packs every .dmn and that manifest into one .uirule, so a rule can span several decision documents. A project without entry-points.json still packs as a single .dmn and logs a warning.
  • --live-authoring and --remote-run-only on uip rpa remote configure — choose the connection mode. Live Authoring serves every remote command, run, and debug session from one long-running remote job and enables remote UI Automation. Remote Run Only, the default, uses one Orchestrator job per operation. Passing both fails.
  • --output markdown on uip rpa commands, and invalid --format values are rejected.
Deprecated​
  • --automation-ops-profile on uip solution pack — use --governance-product. The old name still works and prints a warning. Passing both is refused.
Fixed​
  • uip solution pack --governance-file-path applies an AutomationOps policy export instead of silently analyzing with the default rules.
  • uip traces spans get --job-key finds the job's traces.
  • uip solution deploy run --wait reports why a deployment failed.
  • uip codedapp deploy accepts a --folder-key that the caller's own folder list doesn't include, which unblocks deploys from client-credential CI. It finds an existing deployment even after its title was renamed in the portal, keeps a display name and description set in the UI when it upgrades an app, and when Apps scopes are missing it names Apps.Read and Apps.Write with ErrorCode: permission_denied.
  • uip codedapp push works on tenants where the server drives project locking.
  • Coded action apps work inside a solution across projects add, resources refresh, pack, upload, and deploy, and publishing a second coded action app no longer fails.
  • uip solution resources refresh no longer leaves a solution unloadable with "Node already added to the graph".
  • uip maestro flow eval add accepts a data point with no inputs.
  • A tool that installs automatically in a project that doesn't declare @uipath/cli now registers, instead of reporting a successful install followed by unknown command.
  • uip ah documents create adds a diagram layout to BPMN process maps so Automation Hub can draw them.
  • uip rpa picks up the Studio license and entitlement after uip login without restarting the backend.
  • UI Automation activities reach Object Repository elements in referenced UI libraries.
  • uip rpa starts in OneDrive folders where the .local\content cache folder is read-only.
  • UI Automation activity designers on Windows that use pack:// URIs no longer fail with "Invalid URI: Invalid port specified".

This release also includes other bug fixes across the CLI host and the bundled tools. None of them change a documented behavior.

codedapp-tool 1.202.3 and orchestrator-tool 1.202.2​

Correction: These versions were originally released on October 6, 2026.

Added​
  • --robot-size on uip or processes update — set a process's serverless machine size: Small, Standard, Medium, or Large (case-insensitive).
  • --folder-path and --folder-key on uip or processes get, uip or processes update, and uip or triggers create — look up the process inside a folder, for identities that have only a folder-level role, such as external applications. When a tenant-wide lookup finds nothing, the error suggests these options.
Fixed​
  • uip or triggers create --target user=<user> resolves the user in the process's folder.
  • uip or jobs start --user-keys resolves users in the job's folder.
  • uip codedapp push accepts the .bcmap, .bin, and .symbols runtime files that pdf.js and .NET WebAssembly apps ship.

agent-tool 1.202.1, api-workflow-tool 1.202.1, codedapp-tool 1.202.1 and 1.202.2, integrationservice-tool 1.202.1, and maestro-tool 1.202.2​

Correction: These versions were originally released on September 22, 2026.

Added​
  • uip agent review-history add <grade> [path] — record a review grade (A to F) in the agent project's review-history.json, optionally with --errors <count> and --warnings <count>. The file keeps the 25 most recent entries, newest first.
  • uip codedapp delete — delete a deployed coded app by its display name with --display-name <name> --yes, optionally scoped with --folder-key.
  • uip codedapp validate --path-name <name> — check whether a coded app path name is free, and which deployed app holds it when it is taken.
  • Data Fabric entity nodes in uip maestro flow registry — core.datafabric.read, create, update, and delete are returned by registry search and registry get, and no longer report as unavailable on the tenant.

  • Data Fabric V3 activities are listed again in uip is activities list, uip api-workflow registry resolve and stub, and uip maestro flow registry, and resolve like any other connector activity.
Fixed​
  • uip codedapp commands work behind a corporate proxy. Every coded-app call now honors the proxy environment variables, so uip codedapp deploy no longer fails with read ECONNRESET when the only internet egress is a proxy.

UiPath CLI 1.202.1​

Correction: This version was originally released on September 21, 2026.

Changed​
  • uip function run runs one function once and prints its result, instead of calling a running uip function serve endpoint. The --port option is gone from run, and the function name argument is optional. Scripts that pass --port to uip function run need updating — to call a function over HTTP, start uip function serve and send the request to it directly.
  • uip tools install and tool auto-install resolve versions from the registry your npm config sets for the @uipath scope, rather than trying npmjs and then GitHub Packages. When no version resolves, the failure names the cause — authentication_required for a refused token, network_error for an unreachable registry, not_found when the registry has no build on the CLI's line — instead of always reporting that no compatible version exists.
Added​
  • uip solution pack keeps the Maestro Automate runtime profile of flow projects created with uip maestro flow init --automate.
  • --input-file on uip function run — read the JSON input payload from a file. It takes precedence over --input.
Deprecated​
  • --nolock on uip function pack — has no effect. The project's lock file is always packaged, and the option is hidden from help.
Fixed​
  • No console window flashes on Windows while the CLI sends telemetry in the background.

rpa-tool 1.202.1​

Correction: This version was originally released on September 18, 2026.

Changed​
  • uip rpa pack follows the project's Include Sources setting in .project/design.json when you pass neither --include-sources nor --no-include-sources, and includes sources when the project doesn't set it. --no-include-sources excludes them. --skip-dependency-optimization defaults to the project's Separate Runtime Dependencies setting. Pipelines that pack without these flags and expect no source files need updating.

maestro-tool 1.202.1​

Correction: This version was originally released on September 17, 2026.

Added​
  • --automate on uip maestro flow init — create a Maestro Automate project. It is the same Flow project and uses the same commands; only the runtime profile written into the package differs. Pack, publish, debug, and eval write that profile into the package, where Orchestrator reads it.

UiPath CLI 1.202.0​

Correction: This version was originally released on September 16, 2026.

Changed​
  • uip solution upload updates an existing cloud solution instead of refusing it. Without --force, an upload now overwrites the Studio Web solution with the same SolutionId and first saves the replaced contents as a restorable version; pass --no-snapshot to skip that version. --force now only skips the existence check, and fails with ErrorCode: not_found when that solution no longer exists instead of importing a duplicate. Pipelines that rely on upload failing without --force, or on --force importing a new copy, need updating.
  • uip solution deploy run stops when the package is already deployed and lists the existing deployments. Pass -y, --yes to install a second, independent copy, or use uip solution deploy upgrade to move the existing deployment to the new version. Pipelines that redeploy with deploy run need updating.
  • uip solution deploy upgrade, uip solution feeds list, and --feed on uip solution publish, deploy run, deploy list, packages list, and packages delete are generally available. deploy upgrade now completes the move to the new version and waits for it to finish; control the wait with --timeout, --poll-interval, or --no-wait. deploy run --wait waits for a --personal-workspace or --feed deployment to finish.
  • uip codedapp pack --dry-run reports Code: PackDryRunCompleted and DryRun: true instead of PackCompleted, and no longer creates uipath.json. Scripts that check for PackCompleted after a dry run need updating.
  • Spaces in coded app names become hyphens in the package ID that uip codedapp pack, publish, and deploy derive from --name (My App → my-app). publish and deploy still find an app first deployed under the earlier name.
  • uip api-workflow pack names a package after the project's declared name when the project has only a project.json, instead of after its folder. Pass --package-id to keep the previous ID.
  • uip agent validate and uip agent refresh reject prompt variables the runtime does not bind — a bare {{name}} without the input. prefix, or an {{input.<key>}} whose key is not declared in inputSchema.
  • uip agent review fails low-code agents with fewer than five evaluation datapoints (new NO_EVALS and TOO_FEW_EVALS rules). A freshly scaffolded agent fails review until datapoints are added.
  • uip maestro bpmn validate requires a diagram shape for every flow node and an edge for every sequence flow; run uip maestro bpmn format to regenerate the layout. uip maestro bpmn pack and uip solution pack now fail on a BPMN extension type that the CLI does not support, instead of producing a package that Orchestrator rejects at deploy time.
  • Tools update on first use each day instead of in the daily CLI update. uip tools list reports a Status of ok or needs update for each tool.
  • Structured error details are more precise. uip maestro case validate failures carry ErrorCode: invalid_argument and a Data.Issues array with each issue's Code. uip solution restore, pack, and cleanup report a missing path as not_found and a path that is neither a solution directory nor a .uis file as invalid_argument. uip insights alert and filter commands report ConfigError on deployments where the Insights real-time API is not available.
  • uip maestro flow process run looks up the release key itself when --release-key is omitted.
  • uip aops connection repos-bulk returns one row per connection, with ConnectionId and Repositories, instead of a map keyed by connection ID, so the ID feeds straight into uip aops connection repos. Scripts that parse the repos-bulk output need updating.
  • --entry-point on uip maestro flow eval set add accepts an agent node ID, which creates a node-scoped eval set that evaluates that node in isolation. set add and set list output include Scope and TargetNode.
  • uip maestro flow validate accepts a project directory as well as a .flow file, and validates the project's main .flow file.
  • uip solution resources refresh removes duplicate copies of the solution's own projects that earlier runs imported from a deployed folder, and reports the count in Pruned.
  • --field on uip is resources describe returns a Warning when the generated schema holds only the fields you supplied, which means one of the values probably doesn't exist on the connection.
  • uip rpa remote show is uip rpa remote status, and its output reports remoteSessionEnabled in place of remoteDebuggingEnabled and drops effectiveExecutorType. Scripts that call remote show or read those fields need updating.
  • uip rpa remote configure drops --live-stream, and --folder-path defaults to the current Orchestrator folder. Remote connections are stored per project in .local/RemoteConnection.json, so run remote configure once in each project. Scripts that pass --live-stream need updating.
  • uip rpa pack takes the package ID from the name in project.json when --package-id is omitted, instead of from the folder name. Pass --package-id to keep an earlier ID.
  • uip rpa activities get-default-xaml --activity-type-id fails when no Integration Service connection resolves, and names the connector, instead of returning XAML without a connection.
  • uip rpa failures show the error message instead of the raw JSON failure envelope.
Added​
  • uip insights alert-history and uip insights alert-deliveries — read alert trigger history with list and get-metrics, and read a delivery with get.
  • uip insights users list — list the tenant users visible to you, with their Insights role names; add --include-email to include email addresses.
  • uip platform users usage and uip platform users top-ups — read per-user license consumption with list and get, and grant, track, and request consumable top-ups with create, get, and request.
  • uip pm conformance, uip pm deviations, and uip pm simulations list — read conformance rates, activities, transitions, and deviations, upload a reference BPMN model, manage accepted deviations, and list saved simulations for a Process Mining app.
  • uip tm perf-scenario — create and run Test Manager performance scenarios, manage their load groups, read execution data, and generate or compare reports.
  • --process-graph and --conformance on uip pm query run — query the process graph (activities and transitions), and with --conformance, the steps the reference model expected that cases did not take. Both work with --group-by and --metric, not with a raw --body.
  • More aggregations for --metric on uip pm query run — any, average, count, distinct_count, forall, forany, max, median, min, percentage, and sum. Function names are case-insensitive and accept - or _.
  • autonomous execution type — pass --execution-type autonomous to uip tm executions list, list-filtered, and run, and to uip tm testcases run.
  • uip tm testcases link-package — create and link a test case for every test in an Orchestrator package in one call.
  • --exclude-configured-sources on uip solution pack, restore, and cleanup — resolve dependencies only from the tenant feeds and --nuget-sources-config-path, without the built-in UiPath and nuget.org feeds. cleanup also accepts --nuget-sources-config-path.
  • --include-version on uip solution resources list — report each resource's version for the kinds that carry one.
  • uip solution download --extract writes AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md into the extracted solution when the archive doesn't already carry them.
  • uip solution pack packs Business Rules and Data Fabric entity projects.
  • File inputs and outputs on uip api-workflow run — upload local files with --input-file <name>=<path>, download output files with --output-dir, and choose the folder for the attachments with --folder-key. uip api-workflow validate accepts the File to Base64 and Base64 to File activities.
  • --parent on uip maestro flow eval simulation add, list, and remove — simulate an individual tool inside an agent node. With --parent, --component-type defaults to Node.
  • --strict-expressions on uip maestro flow validate — fail validation on expression type errors, which are reported as warnings by default.
  • --strict and --sdd <path> on uip maestro case validate — run the finished-case checks, and audit a case plan for completeness against its SDD.
  • Repeatable --variable on uip maestro flow process variable-tags set and uip maestro case process variable-tags set — tag several variables in one call.
  • --operation on uip maestro bpmn registry get — select the operation whose fields to return.
  • --activity-version on uip is resources describe — describe a v4 Integration Service activity by its activity name. uip is resources list reports the operations each object supports.
  • --display-name on uip codedapp pack and uip codedapp deploy — set the app title shown in UiPath.
  • --metadata and --metadata-file on uip traces feedback update — set the feedback's JSON metadata.
  • Personal Access Tokens in environment-variable authentication — UIPATH_CLI_AUTH_TOKEN accepts a PAT when UIPATH_URL is set.
  • UIP_TIMINGS — set to 1 or true to print a per-command timing line to stderr.
  • uip rpa remote start and uip rpa remote stop — start or stop a remote UI Automation session on the configured robot, so uip rpa uia commands with --remote drive that machine.
Deprecated​
  • -o, --output <dir> on uip codedapp pack — use --output-dir. The old flag still works but is hidden from help.
  • uip maestro bpmn update-metadata — use uip maestro bpmn refresh.
Removed​
  • Deprecated uip agent commands — push, pull, pack, publish, deploy, run, list, share, file, config, context, escalation, input, output, and the tool add, discover, connect, and remove subcommands. Use uip solution to sync, pack, publish, and deploy agents, and uip codedagent for coded agents. Pipelines that call these commands need updating.
  • --output-schema on uip maestro flow eval simulation add — the output schema is always resolved automatically.
  • uip maestro registry pull, path, and search on stable builds — the connector-library commands, together with the new prepare. Registers only on prerelease CLI builds.
Fixed​
  • Repeated uip rpa run calls on a coded-only project in the same backend session no longer fail with WorkflowRunnerService errors.

This release also includes bug fixes across the CLI host and the bundled tools. None of them change a documented behavior.

Security​
  • Usage telemetry no longer records the values you pass to commands, unless the value is a boolean, a number, or one of a fixed set of choices.
