To set up the Heatmap and Change Impact Analysis, you need to follow four main configuration steps. You must perform these steps in the specified order to ensure a correct setup:

Step 4 is a hard requirement — without it, none of your automated tests' SAP components appear in the Heatmap, regardless of how the automation is structured. The setting is available at Project Settings > UI Automation Modern > SAP > Enable SAP monitoring.
