Gemini 2.5 Flash routed to UK

Requests from the United Kingdom region for the Gemini 2.5 Flash model now stay in the United Kingdom, instead of being routed to the Europe region. For more details, refer to AI features and model routing.

Bug fixes

  • The documents table on the Build page listed documents from both project sources: the documents you upload in Build, and the documents that reach the project at runtime through the Extract Document Data activity or the extraction API. Deleting a runtime document reported success while the document remained in the table. The table now lists only the documents uploaded in Build.
  • When a prediction request failed, the annotation view displayed a message that no predictions were found, with no indication of what went wrong. The view now reports the reason the prediction failed.

Bring your own subscription (BYOS)

BYOS is now available in preview. You can run IXP on your own Gemini or GPT subscriptions instead of the UiPath-hosted models. BYOS covers every model that IXP offers. You need to bring a subscription for at least one of them, and you can configure several models at the same time. Projects that run entirely on your own subscriptions are also eligible for discounted consumption rates.

Requests continue to pass through the AI Trust Layer LLM gateway, so policy enforcement and audit logging still apply. For more details, refer to Bring your own subscription (BYOS).

Improvements

  • The documents table on the Build page now shows all the documents in the project instead of one page at a time. In addition, the table scrolls inside its own container, so the cards and the header of the Build page stay in place. For more details, refer to Uploading sample documents.
  • The document count under the table always shows the number of documents, instead of falling back to many when the count is not returned.

Bug fixes

  • Searching by document name matched whole words only. For example, a document named abc_INVOICE_2026.pdf was not returned when you searched for INVOICE.
  • In a source with more than 256 documents, the document count was capped at 256 instead of reporting the real number of documents.
  • We have fixed a few other issues related to the documents table on the Build page. Some of them included not being able to bulk upload or delete documents, sort by error rate, or properly navigate in the document preview.
