Automation Hub User Guide
Process repository
We are pleased to announce that Process Repository has entered Controlled General Availability. This capability is currently being made available to a curated set of customers, with broader access to follow.
Organizations can now manage and govern their business processes in a dedicated Process repository in Automation Hub. The repository serves as a single source of truth for business process documentation, bringing together all processes — whether intended for automation or for documentation purposes only — in a structured, searchable space aligned to your organizational taxonomy.
Business process entries in the repository can be linked to their corresponding Studio Web solutions, connecting process governance and documentation directly to the process model. When a link exists, the BPMN diagram is accessible in read-only mode within Automation Hub, giving process owners and reviewers a single reference point where both the business context and the technical implementation of a process are visible.
For details, check About the process repository, Submitting a business process, and Linking a solution to a business process.
Introducing data residency in United Arab Emirates for Automation Hub
As part of our ongoing cloud expansion, we are bringing complete data sovereignty to the United Arab Emirates region for Automation Hub. This ensures your data is securely stored and replicated across multiple availability zones within United Arab Emirates, offering full control and compliance confidence. For more information, refer to the Global cloud regions page.
