Apps User Guide for Automation Suite
For each app, permissions can be granted at the application level. There are three permission levels for each app:
Enabling this feature allows any user that is a member of the organization the ability to run the app.
Note: Permissions to any automations the app depend on still need to be managed via Orchestrator.
- Navigate to the app homescreen by clicking on the
gear icon at the top of the right-hand panel.
- Click on the Manage access tab.

Flip the toggle at the top of the page to "Allow all users of the organization to run this application".
- Navigate to the app homescreen by clicking on the
gear icon at the top of the right-hand panel.
- Click on the Manage access tab.
- Click Assign role.

Type in the Group or user's name in the Search users and groups textbox.
- If the user or group is not shown, they may not be part of the organization, Adding a user to an organization.

Set role to "User (can run)".
- Navigate to the app homescreen by clicking
on the
gear icon at the top of the right-hand panel.
- Click on the Manage access tab.
- Click on the Assign role button.

Type in the user's name in the Search users and groups textbox.
- If the user/group is not shown, they may not be part of the organization, Adding a user to an organization.

Set role to "Co-Author (can edit and run)".
Attention: Group AdditionAdding groups to Apps may take up to 60 minutes to apply. Alternatively, Users of the group can log out and log in again to see the apps assigned.
